The idea of carrying out a substantial renovation on a modern house only 11 years old would be unthinkable to most people.

But not the clients in this case, who upon purchasing the property went straight to their Architects for a total design and decoration package which following completion, has transformed the house into a stunning, modern and timeless home.

Although the additional floor area added was only 55m2, the whole house was totally stripped of all fixtures, fittings and services. Wall & ceiling finishes were replaced along with most windows and doors. Many internal walls were also relocated to provide a more useful layout. The level of finish required for this Architect designed and supervised project was exacting with materials used including stainless steel, limestone, timber veneer and colourback glass.

Substantial landscaping and the dramatic reflection pond in the central courtyard all undertaken by PRM Constructions complement the feel of this very modern home.

PRM Constructions were involved from the concept stage providing costing and construction advice, and went on to carry out the building work which due to the extent of works and demanding level of detailing took more than one year to complete. Our firm continues to provide periodic maintenance to this exceptional modern home which the proud owners keep in perfect condition.
